We provide educational programs, a supportive environment and advocacy opportunities in Coeur d’Alene and Kootenai County. PFLAG provides opportunity for dialogue about sexual orientation and gender identity, and acts to create a society that is healthy and respectful of human diversity.

PFLAG Cd'A/Kootenai Scholarship
PFLAG Coeur d’Alene/Kootenai County supports LGBTQIA+ students pursuing post-secondary education by offering annual scholarships. These awards recognize students who demonstrate advocacy, leadership, community involvement, and commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces.
Scholarships are funded through community donations, fundraising events, and partnership gifts. Award amounts may vary per year depending on available funds.
The application period is open from February 1-April 1 of each year.

What?
Our monthly facilitated support meetings are a safe and welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ people, friends, families, and allies to get peer-to-peer support through shared stories and experiences. Come as you are! Note: Because the content of our meetings can sometimes get complex, we do ask that support meetings be attended by ages 18+.

We meet the third Sunday of the Month beginning April 19
3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Check our social media in the days leading up to our meeting to verify meeting time and any additional information for that month’s meeting.
